Dr. George D. Hamilton received a bachelor degree from Allen University and a master degree in public administration (M.P.A) from the University of South Carolina, both in Columbia, SC. He also received a master and doctorate degrees (M.Th and Th.,D) from Gulf Coast Theological Seminary, Panama City, Florida. He is the Chancellor at Rhema Bible College and founder and senior pastor of W.O.R.D. Ministries Christian Center, Summerville, SC.
